Good with the exception of a couple issues

This was a nice condo and quite well-equipted. Pre-coordination and check-in were flawless and parking was convenient, nicely accomodating our tall SUV/ski carrier combo (many garages don't). We did have two issues. The first night we arrived, the private hot tub (a big selling point for us)was not working. A call the next morning was all it took to get it fixed prior to our return from the slopes that afternoon (despite it being a Sunday). What a relief! I checked the following morning to ensure it was still working fine and it was. Unfortunately, later in the day while we were away someone came to clean the hot tub and for some unknown reason turned the temp up to full, making it unuasably hot for several hours after our return. The upshot was, the hot tub was only usable one night of our three night stay. The second issue entailed this being advertised as "ski-in ski-out". It was about a 200 meter walk, mostly uphill to get to the slope. Coming out, one would normally be able to take the home-run trail to the back door, but this was closed due to lack of snow. Some might call these minor nits, but after paying a premium for ski-in ski-out with a private hot tub, it was frankly a disappointment. That said, Whistler-Blackcomb is always world class and our party had a great time. Thanks Whistler Platimum for your outstanding service. No doubt we'll be calling again soon.

Very clean, nice furniture, great kitchen equipment and really quiet!

It was a nice stay in Arrowhead Point 14. Very clean! The kitchen equipment was absolut great. Enough plates and cooking items, very helpful! We decided to sleep in the first floor, which means that we just had the Queensize bed a little bit small but we wanted to stay near jacuzzi and bathroom with bathtub! In comparison to other condos on Whistler which we already rented was this one also a little bit shaddy so we`d need lights all over the day. So, it was nice to stay there we had a great vacation but the next year we want to be in Painted Cliff again, this was our favorite!

There was ice on the steps (not during a snowstorm), and I fell...and they were a bit late with the step shoveling/driveway clearing when it did snow. But other than that, great!

We had a great time at Arrowhead point 14, the attached hot tub was deffenitly a plus for our trip. The only thing i would have prefered is the day of check out, maybe have it a little later than 10am. But overall we enjoyed ourselves very much and would like to come back in the winter!

Nice and comfortable
A guest from Bothell, WA, United States stayed here in August, 2010
The condo was nice, but a little further from the village than wanted. Overall, it was a nice condo, wish the pillows were better and the hottub was off the main balcony instead of the bedroom upstairs. We had a great time.
