Beautifully presented luxury accomodation in a perfect location. Hot tub was great and privately located. A warning about the self cleaning bath tub would have been useful though. We love Whistler and this accomodation only improved the stay. Finally, don't bring a large vehicle as the garage is very small.

Crystal Ridge #11Super property, well positioned for a short walk to the slope or bus stop for the ride into the village. Minor criticism on the den - being directly between the second bedroom and bathroom means you need to know anyone using it very well! Otherwise, the photographs tend to show the property in brighter light than is the case - we found it a little dark without the lights on (due to the trees outside providing shade and privacy). Overall these are very minor criticisms in what is an otherwise excellent place to stay, and I would certainly not hesitate to stay there again. The Concierge service offered by Whistler Platinum was extremely useful and I will definitely use them again in the future.

The only negative was the amount of seating in the lounge area for a party of our size. Perhaps a couple of large bean bags could be purchases and kept upstairs in the sofa rom and then used downstairs when required?

The hot tub cleaner showed up in the middle of the week. He drained the hot tube and replaced the water. He said that it needs replacing every two weeks. Our hot tub was freezing cold for two days while it geated itself up. We were unable to use it. It would be better if the hot tub was cleaned every time someone uses the chalet. That way when they show up you can say we just cleaned it and it will be ready to use tomorrow. Out of the 6 nights we stayed our hot tub was only available for 4. Everything else was just fine
Crystal RidgeThe condo at Crystal Ridge was great. The location near the shuttle stop was very good. The hot tub was wonderful as well as the heated slate floors. The only negative were there was no music stereo system.
