Goldenwood 8337 is an impressive 2,250 sq. foot, 3-bedroom plus den home located right on the 16th fairway of the majestic Nicklaus North Golf course. Just a short 5-minute drive from the slopes, this spacious home boasts panoramic views of both the mountains and Green Lake.

The furnishings in the open-plan living and dining areas are of the highest standard. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel Bosch and Sub-zero appliances and radiant heated slate floors throughout. The home has a generous share of exposed log post and beam, vaulted ceilings and the furnishings and décor are of the highest standard.

After a hard day on the hill or off the tees, enjoy a cold beverage and take in the views from your private hot tub. Or perhaps you could settle into a Jacuzzi bathtub to help relax the body and mind.

While obviously ideal for a summer golf vacation, the short distance to the hill makes this home a popular choice all year round. Combined with the neighboring Abbey Lane 8336, the 7 bedrooms and spacious living areas are well suited to a small corporate retreat, client entertainment or a family reunion.

If you're not going to stay in the village this is the way to go - great house - easily slept 8. We used the grill and the hot tub nearly every day. Nice to come home to a house as opposed to a hotel room. Definitely the way to go for large groups. The heated floors and fireplaces were awesome.

The only issue that I have to complain is the kitchen, there is not enough appliance as glasses, kinfes, spoons, trays, etc.. Very dificult to cook for more that 6 people with what you found there.
However everything was almost perfect, IÂ´ll be back next year.

We had a wonderful vacation at this property. The neighborhood is beautiful, and the view from the back patio is great. It was a little odd to us that the bedroom adjacent to the bathroom upstairs had twin beds instead of the queen, but it worked out fine. The property was beautiful and had everything we needed for a great stay.

the only negatives on the property were:
1) the TV den was small and could only seat 3 comfortably.
2)the lighting is poor which made it heard to find a place to read at night.
3)3 golf balls landed on the back deck which did not allow for very relaxing drinks in the evening!!
