I already rent that apartment and some renovations were done but there is a problem with the heater. There is a gas heater in the living and that is ok for the living but the heater in the master bed is so noisy that you cannot use it and I was cold all the nights. I really like that apartment but I won't rent it again if that problem is still there.

Generally speaking we all enjoyed our stay at the accommodation. It was comfortable, quiet and very accessible. The only reasons I cannnot comment unreservedly favourably are: 1. The hot water was defective and wasn't repaired during the 10 day stay, notwithstanding the fault was diagnosed on the third day. This meant that the taps had to be run throughout the apartment for often as long as 10 minutes to get hot water, which could be inconvenient both morning and evening. The management estimate of 2 minutes' running time was inadequate. Neither does this sit easily with an an energy and water conservation approach. I was very uncomfortable with the waste. 2. I would have liked to use the ski shop on the premises but instead used the Intrawest facility at Blackcomb Base. This was because I didn't immediately use the PL floor on arrival, having not been informed of this easy access to the village, and wasn't aware of the facility until too late. Similarly no one at the front desk on arrival advised me of the ski shop facility and no literature was available. I think this was very poor communication and I discovered during my stay that I was not alone in this. The ski shop lost business from 3 people in my party alone but a lot more overall. I trust this will be remedied in the future. Generally I felt there was no information available about the hotel's other services including what was probably a very excellent restaurant. I do appreciate, of course, that there needs to be a balance between over-selling and under-selling and it is difficult often to strike that.

Great location right at the base of Blackcomb mountain. Nicely kept facilities. Room #405 is a spacious 2 bed 2 bath. Bed in master was a little hard for us and refrigerator is on the small side. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would certainly consider staying at this location on future trips back to Whistler.
