Overall it was a good experience. The fact that the shuttltle stop was not available to us made more work for us with two small children. Crossing the highway with strollers in the sleet and rain made the daily commute a chore. Also, the loss of elevator service was not something we planned on occurring.

My only complaint is that there was only one parking spot for a 5 bed unit. We had three families and three cars and had to park two of them off of the property at a pay parking lot. None of the other unit's spots were used while we were seems that there could be some kind of deal made to use those spots. We would have been willing to pay for it just to have the cars there.

The property (309 Ravenscrest) was great property easily accomodating two families of four. We visited in early August. The property was comfortable and a great location for walks to town and trips to olympic venues.
