For the winter enthusiast, this home offers access to the nearby ski trails on the Dave Murray downhill (2010 Olympic downhill) and the Creekside gondola. It is a 300 yard walk to the ski-in access and 100 yards from the ski out trail.

House was beautiful and perfect for our needs. However, the house was advertised as ski-out, which it really wasn't. When we arrived we walked the road to the trail, and about half way up the hill, my husband said it was already too far. Maybe OK for snowboarders, but not in ski boots.

Overall it's a BEAUTIFUL property!!! One downside was there was no shovel or plow service and we got snowed in pretty good. Had to go to a neighbor to get a shovel. Also, I wouldn't call this a ski in/out property as it was a good hike to the slopes. The property managers are of Nordstrom caliber-kind, courteous!!! Would definately stay here again!

Nice house, spacious, quiet location, a bit of a hike up a road to get to the ski-out in the morning (10 minute walk). Bring your own frying pan (they supply 4 or 5, all old and questionable) and knives (no paring knives, rest need sharpening). Otherwise the kitchen is well supplied. Mixed review on property manager - forgot to give us file of information at check in, then dropped it off 2 days later. Also required repeated calls to drop off dish detergent. Allowed us 2 hours grace in check-out which was appreciated. Also very pleasant e-mails when we booked.
