Great Property The staff at the check in centre were excellent. This set the tone for a great stay. The 5 day rental was hassel free.
Overall GreatOverall it was a great stay. The only complaint is that they promised us 3 parking spots upon booking. But 1 week prior to arrival they said we had to pay for the 3rd spot. Was very disappointed in their false promises. The property itself is very nice, but a little cramped for 8 guests. Location is a short walk to the bus stop.

Snowberry 21 is a good place to stay overall.Place was clean,tidy and impressive overall. There was a slight problem with heating but was fixed proply. We were told that overseas call were free but were unable to call. Spoke to the property manager and they promised a phone card but this never arrived. Also booked transfers with property managers by email but they mixed up the date and vehicles did not arrive on the day requested, so we had to hire 2 large taxis to get to Vancouver Airport.
Staff great but property needs workThe pictures of property definitely looked better than real life. The doors, closets and decor of the house were below average - stuck door in downstairs bathrooms. Lack of closet space; downstairs beds were terrible. However, the location was excellent and the staff at Whistler Platinum were first rate. We would not rent this house or recommend it to any one else but definitely will consider using Whistler Platinum next year.

the photos I believe showed a hot tub and we were hoping to use hot tub at the unit. Also, photo showed the chair lift, as if you could see it from window...we were far from the run/lift. Overall, we love Whistler, will come every summer and enjoyed the stay at Snowberry 21.
Summer in WhistlerGreat experience. Kitchen Utensils a little sparse. This summer, a few ceiling fans could make daytime/lunch more pleasant.
